Sourdough Zucchini Bread

The perfect way to use up sourdough discard AND extra zucchini

Mix up the dry ingredients. Then mix the wet ingredients.

Add in the sourdough discard and whisk until combined.

Squeeze the zucchini of excess moisture. Add it into the batter, along with chopped walnuts. 

Mix it all up. Pour into two loaf pans.

Bake and Enjoy!
