How to Make  Chicken Broth

Add your chicken, vegetables, salt, and bay leaves to a large Dutch oven, and cover with water.

Simmer for 1 1/2-2 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through

Strain off the vegetables and chicken, and add to a large bowl

Store in glass jars in the fridge for up to 5 days
