Plain, Unsweetened Milk Kefir

Frozen Mixed Berries

Maple Syrup

Collagen Hydrolysate Powder
(optional)
Instructions
Pour the Milk Kefir into the jug of a high quality blender.
Add the frozen berries, salt, maple syrup, and collagen.
Blend on high until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
