Ingredients

  • ½ cup Cold French Press Brewed Coffee
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
  • 2-3 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 pinch Mineral Salt
  • 6-8 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Add the coffee, milk, honey, cocoa powder, and salt to a high powered blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and uniform.
  • Add the ice cubes and blend until crushed and smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Coffee Tips: This calls for cold French press brewed coffee. I like to store the leftover French press coffee I've made in a small glass jar in the fridge. If you don't have leftover French press coffee, you can use leftover good quality brewed coffee. Hot coffee is going to melt the ice too quickly, meaning you won't get that frappe texture. It's better to plan ahead to have cold coffee.
